8:00 - 11:30am - Physician Well-being: Invited Guest Dr. Stuart Slavin, a leading national expert on well-being within the medical profession.
We will have 3 segments that will include didactic presentations, small group discussions, large group report outs and a panel.  This will be an action-oriented session.  The 3 segments include: 1) The Environment, 2) Individual Vulnerabilities and Strategies, 3) Identifying and Overcoming Challenges and Barriers

11:30am - 1:00pm - Lunch

1:00 - 4:00pm - Understanding our Compensation Marketplace: The goal of this session is to gain a historical background on compensation, level set on how we arrived at where we are today, and define our next steps on how to approach inequity in compensation. Invited Guest: Jason Tackett, Managing Principal, SullivanCotter We will have 3 segments that will include didactic presentations, small group discussions and large group report outs.  The segments include: 1) Overview of physician compensation in departments of pediatrics, 2) Examples of departments of pediatrics compensation plans, 3) breakout sessions with targeted questions with our primary goal being moving toward adult benchmarks.
